About the Role

As a SAP Technical Programmer Business Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing SAP systems across critical business processes, including Warehouse Management (WM), Goods Receiving, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Yard Management (YM), and Inventory Management (IM). This is a collaborative position, requiring both technical expertise and strong communication skills to work closely with stakeholders and team members.

What You'll Do

• Project Development: Manage and execute multiple cross-functional projects involving SAP modules such as WM, EWM, YM, and IM.
• Requirements Gathering: Meet with business stakeholders to identify and document system requirements, translating them into configuration specifications.
• Configuration & Testing: Perform SAP R/3 Environment configurations, document solutions, conduct testing, and troubleshoot to resolve issues efficiently.
• Operational Support: Provide hands-on support for plant production, addressing system challenges, and maintaining day-to-day operations.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in an Agile working environment with daily stand-ups, weekly team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure team alignment and success.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Lead meetings, communicate effectively, and deliver clear documentation to drive successful project outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• SAP Expertise: Strong experience with ABAP development in SAP R/3, including WM, EWM, YM, IM, Goods Receiving, and Logistics Execution.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills to gather requirements, conduct stakeholder meetings, and create detailed development specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to both established and newly implemented processes.
• Documentation & Reporting: Strong documentation abilities and proficiency in general reporting.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP FIORI, UI5, Cloud concepts, and Data Analytics.
• Knowledge of data exchange (EDI), KAFKA, XRAY (testing tool), and SAP CALM.
