& SAP Analyst Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
At the direction of the HCM Technology Manager, the role will be responsible for producing and documenting business requirements, designing simple to medium and high complexity solutions, configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to meet business requirements, performing system integration testing, writing user acceptance test scripts, working with business partners to coordinate testing, and troubleshooting production issues.&
This role’s primary responsibility will be to ensure that the ECP solution results are accurate and sustainable necessary to support weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll in the US and other HR Year End activities and Projects.& The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong business acumen, application domain knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business languages. This role will assist the payroll team and provide them with gap analysis/process definition and system enhancements and will provide a high level of service for break-fix incidents and requests. The Analyst will partner with the Payroll, Finance, and HR business leads to ensure that projects, enhancements, and incidents are properly prioritized, documented, designed, tested, and implemented, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy in strict adherence to the defined timelines.& &
Responsibilities:& &
Configure and provide technical support for SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll with payroll control center and UKG Software for time management&
Provide excellent and timely support for production and integration issues&
Design, configure, and test prototype and production payroll solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly&
Document the workflows of existing processes to recommend process improvements&
Develop business requirements and functional specifications for changes or new features
Required Qualifications:& &
5+ years’ experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors ECP and related functionality, coupled with strong analytical skills and understanding of IT and software life cycle concepts and processes&
Knowledgeable of global payroll business principles and requirements
Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions&
Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing projects&
Excellent& written and verbal& communication skills and the ability to comfortably operate in an environment with multiple stakeholders at many levels&
Ability to drive decisions, deliver results and meet deadlines while prioritizing multiple tasks&
Proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify potential issues&
Desired Qualifications:
SAP Certification
Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other disciplines
Technical experience with various modules within SAP SuccessFactors ECP, Payroll Control Center, including BSI tax factory, off-cycle payroll definition, and processing, garnishment definition, integrations with benefits, time management&
Knowledge of SAP integration protocols, such as CPI, Integration Center and Point to Point Replication
