Additionally, you will exhibit strategic vision, thoughtful engagement, strong analytical/process skills, a bias for action, and the ability to partner with senior operational leaders.

Job Description:

We are looking for a SuccessFactors consultant that has extensive experience setting up and configuring reports and dashboards in Learning, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting & Onboarding.

Must Haves-

• Have a minimum of 10+ years of experience working with SuccessFactors Learning, Performance & Goals and/or Recruiting & Onboarding
• Be familiar with all reporting methods available in SuccessFactors
• Possess either an Associate or Professional level SuccessFactors certification
• Analyze as-is reporting processes
• Advise on best practices
• Configure/activate reporting methods that are not being utilized in the current system
• Set up Role-based permissions, if necessary
• Document all configuration/system changes

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge transfer to ERP technical staff of system changes and capabilities.
