- Hybrid setup, 3x/week on-site (King of Prussia, PA)
- Base salary range- $130-140k, with a ~15% bonus target

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Delivery Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of SAP solutions, ensuring the effective design, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end financial processes within SAP. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT professionals to ensure that SAP solutions meet business requirements, drive process improvements, and align with the strategic goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Delivery:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, from requirement gathering through to post-implementation support.
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into SAP solution designs. - Project Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of SAP enhancements and upgrades.
Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Facilitate project governance, including status reporting and issue resolution. - Process Improvement & Optimization:
Analyze existing business processes within the cycle and identify opportunities for optimization and automation through SAP.
Leverage SAP functionality to streamline financial close processes, period-end closing, financial reporting, and consolidation.
Provide guidance on best practices for financial operations within SAP. - Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Maintain strong relationships with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Communicate effectively with senior management on project progress, risks, and solutions.
Support change management activities, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes. - Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead a team of functional and technical SAP experts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members.
Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team to drive continuous improvement and innovation. - Post-Go-Live Support & Continuous Improvement:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting after go-live to resolve issues and ensure system stability.
Drive continuous improvement by monitoring system performance and identifying areas for enhancement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus. - Experience:
7+ years of experience working with SAP ERP, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience leading SAP implementations or transformations. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. - Skills:
Strong understanding of processes and their integration with SAP.
Expertise in SAP configuration, design, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, and PP).
Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Additional Skills (Desirable):
SAP S/4HANA experience.
Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP BW/4HANA, or other SAP reporting tools.
Understanding of the integration of SAP with non-SAP applications.
