Title: SAP Service Delivery Lead
Location: Raleigh, NC (Day 1 onsite)
Note: We need candidates who are currently working as Delivery Lead/ Manager in Support projects and should we well versed with support activities.
JOB Description:
" Effectively combines the roles of a portfolio manager (identifying and prioritizing Premium Engagement Services with customers), and service delivery manager (ensuring Premium Engagement Services are delivered as contracted).
" 10+ Years of SAP Service Delivery Lead/Manager experience, responsible for owning both the management and delivery of SAP services to customers in adherence with contractually agreed SLA s
" End to end management of the SAP Service management function (Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management)
" Experience within ITIL environments and well versed with AMS projects.
" Experience in SAP RUN and Agile delivery methodology.
" Experience of having worked in an onshore-offshore model, team building and developing the SAP support team,
" Commercial awareness and managing and improving complex contracts.
" Previous experience of working as an SAP Functional (SAP SCM) is mandatory.
" Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism.
" Ability to build trust-based relationships and strong networks in customer IT/Business and SAP Ecosystem
" Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required.
