Location: Remote ( Upto 50% Travel to Bedford, MA )

Rate: Negotiable + Exp ( need Rate for Contract, and Salary quote as Employee )

Its an S/4 HANA Re-Implementation project. Later the consultants will be hired as employees of the Life Sciences/Medical Devices company, for managed services and future implementations.

SAP Business Process Architect / IT Director, will be a key leader in SAP S/4HANA 2022 Private Cloud and SAP FIORI applications, guiding client's SAP initiatives across business processes.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2022 (or higher), RTR, MTD, ITM, EWM, IBP, SAC, GTM/GTS, TM, QM, OTC, and strong in FIORI capabilities, Computer System Validation, and IT Change Controls.

Provide leadership across all modules of SAP and FIORI applications and boundary applications.

Lead projects to expand SAP S/4HANA and FIORI adoption, align with SAP Best Practices, enhance SAP's Integration across departments. and establish Governance frameworks for quality and compliance.

Maintain and update SAP IT Roadmaps, and work with stakeholders at all organizational levels and with external vendors.

Provide oversight to SAP business analyst team, conduct quality reviews, support RFP processes, negotiate contracts, and select vendors to align with company objectives.

Collaborate with IT and Management Teams to align the SAP solution with client's strategic goals.

Participate in all phases of Systems Development Life Cycle and Project Management across a matrix organization.

Be a Thought Leader offering guidance to Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Technology Leaders.

Oversee the RFP process, including vendor management, requirements gathering, and contract negotiations.

Administer the annual IT budget, plan for future financial needs, and ensure cost-effective operations.

Operate in a GMP/GxP and SOX compliant environment ( FDA validated environment ), and oversee SAP change management through the entire SDLC, including project planning, application integrations, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, support. ( GMP Good Manufacturing Practice )
