To be a successful SAP QM you will embody GBSI's core employee characteristics of being passionate about IT, taking full ownership of your work & having a growth mindset. We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Architect to provide expertise in Quality Management (QM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Engineering Change Management (ECM). The focus will be on implementing best practices and understanding the intricacies of QM, particularly for inspection planning, material specifications, and results recording.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP QM Architect with expertise in inspection planning, material specifications, and results recording.
• In-depth knowledge of QM master data setup, including characteristics and classes.
• Familiarity with workflows involving multiple users (Receiving, QM, Lab Testing, etc.).
• Strong understanding of PLM and ECM processes.
• Ability to provide onsite support initially and transition to remote work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in receiving inspection processes with external suppliers.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP configuration and customization related to QM.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
