Ideal Candidate Should Have
- 10+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in PM and QM modules.
- Strong S/4 HANA design, configuration, and testing background.
- Knowledge of master data objects like functional locations, equipment, maintenance plans, task lists, etc.
- Familiarity with maintenance planning, preventive/breakdown maintenance, order execution, and settlement.
- SAP certifications in PM or QM are a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Job Description
Thinking Minds Inc. is assisting our client in hiring an experienced SAP Business Analyst specializing in Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) for a 1-year contract. The selected candidate will play a critical role in advancing our client’s SAP capabilities in the maintenance and quality domain, supporting their ongoing efforts to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business process blueprinting sessions to gather detailed requirements from end users.
- Design and document SAP solutions aligning with client needs using business process blueprint documents.
- Develop functional specifications and oversee functional design activities.
- Configure, integrate, test, and document solutions within SAP PM and QM modules.
- Conduct cutover planning and provide end-user training.
- Support go-live activities and post-implementation operations.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- In-depth experience with SAP Plant Maintenance processes such as:
- Functional location and equipment management.
- Maintenance planning, notifications, and order execution.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance processes.
- Serial number tracking and calibration management.
- Maintenance order settlement and parts planning.
- Knowledge of SAP Quality Management processes including equipment inspections and compliance tracking.
- Familiarity with key master data elements: task lists, BOMs, maintenance plans, etc.
- Expertise in using and managing production resource tools (PRT).
