SAP Planning Functional Consultant

The SAP Planning Functional Consultant is responsible for analysis, functional design, and configuration of SAP to meet business process and application requirements related to the client's business process(es). The SAP Functional Consultant will work closely with architects, developers, technical services teams, and the client to perform job functions and responsibilities and/or activities, minding integration between activities and other sub-teams to ensure efficiency. Responsibilities include:
- Defining business requirements in collaboration with client for SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation within assigned end-to-end business process workstream
- Driving workshops, discussions, and decisions on business requirements and solution design within assigned workstream
- Collaborating with client, functional team, and technical team to refine solution design and validate that it meets identified requirements
- Defining required configuration to support functional solution design
- Performing gap/fit analysis of requirements against standard SAP S/4HANA capabilities within assigned workstream
- Developing detailed business process designs and associated documentation
- Developing detailed configuration rationales and designs as well as system configuration build
- Developing functional designs and corresponding documentation, test plans and scripts, etc.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum 5 years of SAP Business Analyst experience
- SAP Inventory planning experience utilizing the following modules: Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) & Inventory Management (IM)
- US Citizenship Required (No Dual Citizenship)
- Up to 25% travel
Nice to have:
- Experience with S4/HANA delivery
- Relevant SAP certifications
- SAP experience in a manufacturing environment
- SAP experience in the federal sector
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
