About the Job
This Program is a multi-year program which aims at defining and developing the functional ERP roadmaps in order to simplify, standardize and automate business processes and systems leveraging SAP's, industry and available Client best practices.
Responsibilities:
SAP Master Data Business Analyst's primarily responsible for implementing and managing relevant Master Data of SAP S/4HANA covering the Make, Quality, and Warehouse Management areas.
Architecting, designing and supporting S/4 QM, PP, eWM, MM
Use In-depth analysis skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to implement effective Master Data and provide support services to end-users
Ensure data quality, metadata management, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems to achieve a scalable digital ecosystem
The analyst will work as an SAP master data subject matter expert to provide guidance and training as necessary for the business requirements
Work with Site Master Data Lead to collaborate and align with Global MDG team to ensure continuous alignment of master data solutions within and beyond Future ERP
Ensuring the smooth transition from and co-existence with legacy and non-ERP MDM systems
Understanding and adhering to Client Master Data Management principles, policies and standards
Deliver solutions that can be scaled globally and maximize value and minimize duplication of solutions.
Establish consistent metrics to measure quality of data and implemented solutions
Define strategies, develop and deliver solutions that enable the collection, processing and management of information from one or more sources, and the subsequent delivery of information to audiences in support of key business processes
Hands-on experience leading data definitions development, data quality improvements, data model updates, and troubleshooting efforts of the analytics projects and collaborating with cross functional teams
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:
5+ years of experience in managing/working with MDM systems in large global enterprises in the Pharma industry
Experience in implementing and working with SAP QM, PP, eWM, MM, SCM, Data Governance and Master Data Management MDM
Good knowledge of other SAP systems and Solution Manager (desirable)
Preferable experience in managing complex data migrations in validated environments
Thorough knowledge of one or more modules of SAP ERP
Good knowledge of S/4 HANA
Thorough understanding of Client PMM, SAP Activate, Agile or other leading project management methodologies
Extensively used Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and MS Office products for data Analysis, Project Schedules, Business process modeling, Requirement/issues documentation and Customer training
Experienced in preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts and Test Summary Reports for Automated and manual testing.
Working experience in quality/compliance management and CSV within pharmaceutical, biotech, or related validated environment is highly preferred
Business Relationship management and partnering expertise
Flexibility to travel nationally & internationally.
