Job Title: SAP Lead Application Developer
Location: Regional offices in the Northeastern United States (Hybrid).
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm
Description:
• We are seeking a seasoned Lead Application Developer to manage the development team and oversee the lifecycle of enterprise applications.
• This role includes the design, implementation, and maintenance of business application solutions.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to align technology with business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver solutions across customer experience, sales, service, and marketing domains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership in developing customer-facing and enterprise-facing solutions.
• Manage technical teams responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customer experience platforms.
• Design, test, and debug interfaces for enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with teams to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Document technical processes, requirements, and design specifications.
• Develop and support integrations between enterprise systems and middleware platforms.
• Lead performance enhancement initiatives for production solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and conduct proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead technical decision-making.
Required Skills:
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Java, .NET, and RESTful web services.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, relational databases, and modern front-end technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile or SCRUM processes and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently under minimal supervision.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in implementing enterprise systems in customer service, sales productivity, and contact centers.
• Familiarity with integration tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of security protocols like SSO, SAML, and OAUTH.
• Strong architecture and holistic solution design skills.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $105000-$150000
