Our Randstad client in Washington, DC, is seeking a skilled SAP HR Techno-Functional Analyst to join their team. This role combines technical and functional expertise to support and optimize SAP HR solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HR, with expertise in Time Evaluation and Payroll. Preference will be given to candidates with techno-functional experience who can seamlessly convert business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate effectively with developers.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP HR solutions.
- Configure, customize, and maintain SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Provide expertise in Time Evaluation and Payroll processes, ensuring accurate configuration and alignment with business needs.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to support business processes and enhance system functionality.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with developers.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process workflows, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of SAP HR systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP HR with expertise in Time Evaluation and Payroll.
- strong techno-functional background with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to system optimization.
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting within SAP HR modules.
- strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of best practices and industry standards in SAP HR systems.
