SAP FICO and Project Analyst at GCR Professional Services

The SAP FICO and Projects Analyst will design, implement, and support SAP FICO and Projects modules.
-  This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand requirements, offer expert advice, and ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions that align with business needs.
-  Must be a US Citizen or Permanente Resident 
-  Background check and drug test are required

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Internal Orders/Projects.
• Provide ongoing system support and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve module-related issues promptly.
• Manage SAP projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements; conduct gap analysis and propose solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for configuration and development.
• Develop and deliver user training on system functionalities and best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals and configuration guides.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Stay informed on SAP updates, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with SAP FICO.
• Experience with SAP Projects module is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support.
• Hands-on experience with function modules, enhancements, and exits.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with BI and data warehouse tools is a plus.
• Project management experience is a strong advantage.
