Daily Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and Vendor Management (VM) processes.
• Configure FI module and related sub areas within AP.
• Expert with Vendor Management integrations, ingesting invoices, reporting, vendor set ups, and operational issue resolutions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
• Monitor and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Prepare and analyze Accounts Payable reports for management review.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of the SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve Accounts Payable processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on SAP Accounts Payable and Vendor Management.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP updates and enhancements related to Accounts Payable and Vendor Management.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Accounts Payable and Vendor Management.
• Functional expert with SAP FI module and related AP and VM processes, integrations, configurations and capabilities.
• Expertiese with General Ledger and accounting terminology and practices.
• Proven experience with vendor onboarding, contracts and account set up across multipled vendors and systems.
• Experience creating Accounts Payable reports withing SAP FI with modern accounting requirements.
• Knowledge of transports and FI dataflows with up/downstream impact of configuration changes.
• Experience with SAP FI integrations with other SAP modules (CO, SD, etc.) specifically within AP and VM
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience in migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience in training and supporting team members on SAP Accounts Payable and Vendor Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

The base range for this contract position is $140K - $175K/per year, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
