Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions. Reporting to the SAP Extended Warehouse Management Manager, this role will play a key part in developing and deploying logistics and warehouse management solutions across North and South America. This is a hybrid position based in Somerset, NJ, with a blend of remote and in-office work.

Responsibilities
Architecture of SAP Solutions:
Collaborate with SAP COE leaders and Logistics & Warehouse Management Architect to create and maintain a logistics and warehouse management roadmap aligned with business goals and SAP best practices.
Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet the needs of production, procurement, and distribution.
Lead business process improvements across logistics, warehousing, and quality management, integrating solutions with other applications (e.g., Hyperion, Tungsten, Esker).
Implementation, Support & Maintenance:
Work alongside SAP COE Leaders, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful configuration, integration, and testing of SAP S/4HANA EWM.
Oversee the execution of integration testing, cutover activities, and project documentation to maintain quality and consistency.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and improve logistics and warehouse management processes, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Respond to help desk tickets and provide ongoing support for business users.
Additional Duties:
Support cross-functional process integrations and advise on SAP/non-SAP initiatives.
Develop user documentation and maintain control over changes to the Global Process Design Template.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. SAP Certification in Extended Warehouse Management is required.
Experience: 5-8 years in global SAP EWM solutions, specifically with SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0. Medical device or life sciences industry experience preferred.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM, IDOCs, Workflow, SOX and IRM compliance, and FDA CFR Part 11 validation. Familiarity with methodologies like Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall is beneficial.
