Key Skills:
- Performs functional configuration and maintenance tasks in SAP and Other Related application modules (FICO, PS, HCM, CRM, CR&B, FICA, PM, Click, etc.) according to business and operational needs.
- Responsibilities include but not limited to: Maintaining master data, table configuration/maintenance, business rules development, data dictionary changes and workflow administration.
- Gather requirements for data quality issues; create scorecards to monitor data through the use of data querying tools.
OVERVIEW:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use knowledge of business processes and SAP functionality to identify ways to customize and enhance current business applications and operating systems to meet the functional needs of the business and improve business process.
- Provides analysis and functional design for simple to moderate system changes, including break/fix and enhancements as per SDLC methodology.
- Provide proper analysis of the impact of requested changes related to user or system design specifications and implement in production. Analyze incoming requests and communicate status and issues as necessary.
- Supports the development and execution of software testing scripts.
- Performs functional configuration and maintenance tasks in SAP and Other Related application modules (FICO, PS, HCM, CRM, CR&B, FICA, PM, Click, etc.) according to business and operational needs.
- Responsibilities include but not limited to: Maintaining master data, table configuration/maintenance, business rules development, data dictionary changes and workflow administration.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree required in a computer-related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. In lieu of computer-related degree, under-graduate degrees in other fields may be considered in conjunction with equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of report writer and report writer tools (e.g., SQVI, SQ01, HR Ad Hoc Query)
- 5+ years supporting SAP Payroll and HR systems experience required.
- Configure SAP for payroll and US benefits to support configuration, batch loads, detailed specification documentation, production support, etc.
- In depth knowledge of SAP payroll and benefit modules as well as the integration points of this data with other core business processes in SAP.
- Basic understanding of the SAP employee self-service module to support payroll and benefit processes.
- SAP experience of gathering requirements and successfully configuring SAP within these same disciplines.
- Knowledge of SDLC and PMO methodologies
