Job Description
Responsibilities
- Research, develop and implement process improvement tools utilizing MS Office products, including Access, Excel, and SharePoint
- Research, analyze and recommend software solutions for business process improvements where existing tools do not exist.
- Business process improvement
- Perform data gathering of unique performance metrics
- Research, analyze and recommend automated solutions for capturing these performance metrics
- Research, analyze and update user instruction guides
- Perform ad hoc analysis of various program data within the loan servicing systems in preparation for automation and/or conversion.
- Perform research of various program instructions and regulations to determine appropriate guidelines necessary for system requirements, development and design for the automation projects.
- Perform systems testing and regression testing of loan servicing systems to verify appropriate coding and determine impact of modifications.
- Develop desk procedures/modify existing desk procedures to incorporate all newly developed functionality or system enhancements implemented in various loan servicing systems.
- Document interface requirements for various systems and system applications for the projects
- Projects and Duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, project management, process improvement or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management and Process Improvement.
- Must have experience using the Microsoft Suite programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
- IT Support / adhoc analysis and system testing experience is preferred.
- Experience using the skill sets inherent of the requirements of this contract
- Ability to work as part of a team on separate and distinct projects
- Proficient verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient Analytical Skills
