Description: The Judge Group is Seeking a 3rd Shift Sanitation Supervisor for a Food and Beverage Manufacturer We are Partnered with in the La Grange, IL Area.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop Sanitation Procedures
- Provide Training to Staff Members on Sanitation Process and Procedure
- Manage Internal Sanitation Program
- Work Alongside Quality, Production and Maintenance to Identify and Troubleshoot Sanitation Issues
- Prepare for SQF and Additional Audits
- Bachelor Degree HIGHLY PREFERRED (Food Science, Micro Biology)
- MINIMUM 5 Years Experience in Sanitation as Supervisor
- Audit Preparation Experience
- GMP and SQF Knowledge and Experience
