Physical requirements
Salary Range: $15.50 - 17.00 hourly

Summary:
Maintain a high level of Food Safety and Product Quality through the cleaning and sanitation of food processing equipment, utensils, and facility. Days Sanitation schedule starts at 6am until finished.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleaning and sanitation in accordance with the company Master Sanitation Program
- Utilize chemicals and cleaning agents to clean and sanitize processing area walls, floor, and equipment
- Utilize refuse and sanitation tools in a proper and safe manner
- Removal of debris from processing area
- Communicate chemicals supply levels to management
- Observe and record facility conditions to ensure all areas are within company and regulatory specifications
- Verify the adequacy of cleaning and sanitation performed on areas and equipment and complete and sign off on appropriate forms
- Document actions taken in response to unsatisfactory observations on Equipment, Utensils, and/or Process Area conditions
- Complete testing when applicable
- Maintain plant safety
- Maintain and proper use of equipment
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Provide back up support for other duties as needed
- Become certified as an electric pallet jack and forklift operator
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
Physical requirements
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50/100 pounds
- Experience with the utilization of sanitation tools and chemicals, food safety, and the safe operation of fork lifts and powered pallet jacks
Salary Range: $15.50 - 17.00 hourly
