The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.  Our Automotive Sales Representatives come from a variety of backgrounds and industries.  You are not required to have automotive sales experience to be successful, but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous sales experience.  A great ATTITUDE and a very high motivation level is a must.

We are a locally owned Automobile dealership, with a great product and an existing customer base.  Our average salesperson earns over $45,000 per year in commissions and bonuses.  We have a 42 hour work week, paid vacation, health insurance, 401K and more.

Our company has been serving the Illinois Valley area of Northern Illinois for over 70 years.  We represent Ford, Lincoln and Hyundai as well as Chevrolet and Buick new vehicles, as well as Certified Used Vehicles through Ford/Lincoln, Hyundai and GM.  Our dealerships are located in Peru, Spring Valley and Mendota Illinois.  Our service departments enjoy an excellent reputation in the area, with many of our employees working for the company in excess of 25 years.
