Description
Duval Fleet is seeking salespersons with a drive to succeed, provide exceptional customer service and want to build a career with a successful automotive company.
The Outside Salesperson will propose customer solutions, identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business. This individual will meet with the General Manager to review sales activities, progress on goals and status of prospective customers.
Job Description :
- Propose customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Ford and Chevrolet OEM services and pricing structure.
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
- Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs.
- Meet or exceed the new business sales goals.
- Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments with customer decision makers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
- Complete required reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.
- Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
- Regularly meet with General Manager to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.

Job Requirements
- Correspond and possess strong verbal communication skills, with an ability to sell
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
- Meet and maintain sales goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity
- Maintain a professional and approachable appearance
- Exemplify exceptional customer service skills and exhibit a high level of customer satisfaction
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
