OMAL Spa is an italian company that designs and produces valves and actuators since 1981 with the aim of improving and boosting the performance of production plants. This commitment steers the company, from the design phase to the installation of plant products. We have four plants in the north of Italy and since 2020 our company has an American subsidiary in the Erlanger (KY) area, OMAL USA Corp

We are looking for a Salesman figure to help us in the development of the market, especially in North America. The person will answer to a General Manager on site and to the Sales Director in Italy, where the headquarter is.

Profile

• Exceptional technical knowledge and understanding of valve (ball valves is a major plus) and actuator technologies.

• Ability to define problems and opportunities, to collect and interpret data, and draw solid logical conclusions.

• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

• Ability to coordinate marketing efforts with local independent manufacturer’s representative agencies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and demonstrated successful ability to build positive business relationships.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Four-year degree/technical degree is an asset, but not mandatory.

• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Direct hiring with the company is planned, full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, with necessary availability for business trips.
