Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into user interface designs.
- Help promote design language consistency by utilizing the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to create responsive and visually appealing Figma wireframes for desktops and tablets.
- Implement best practices for accessibility and usability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon designs.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX design, as well as Salesforce platform updates and releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present designs, solicit feedback, and drive consensus on design decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a design related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Experience working in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Component Framework preferred.
- Solid understanding of UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability testing techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
