ABOUT THE JOB
The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. The PM oversees and is accountable for all aspects of projects. This individual sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of the project. The PM prepares reports for upper management and executive client teams regarding the status of projects and raises red flags when appropriate. The PM relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The PM leads and directs the work of others, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is also expected.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works effectively individually and with CloudMasonry and customer team members toward customer satisfaction and success
- Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work
- Can exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise-level projects with minimal direction from a director or engagement manager
- Can effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus-building skills, and interact with executive-level project sponsors
- Can be called on to take a lead role in CloudMasonry sales initiatives related to areas of expertise
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Demonstrates the ability to effectively prepare and maintain the following documents / tools:
- Business Process
- Process Flow Analysis
- Requirements Definition
- Configuration Workbook
- Data Models
- Detailed Functional Design
- Executive Summaries
- Strong experience with project management tools and methodologies, including RAID Logs and RACI Matrix
- Project Plans
Demonstrates the following Leadership Skills:

- Assigns Responsibilities and Directs Work of Project Team Members
- Monitors Progress, and Follows-up
- Provides Respectful Feedback
- Escalates where necessary

- Achieves one technical certification each quarter as specified by immediate supervisor / manager
- Travels with client or project team as needed
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in managing Salesforce projects is required
- Technical Background / Degree Program preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com or Vlocity
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- This role may require 25-50% travel time, depending on project needs. Therefore, we're seeking candidates who are open to and able to accommodate this level of travel
- Able to discuss the benefits of a Software as a Service Model
- Strong knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SFA, or ERP
- Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Obtain Salesforce Certifications are required by role, upon hire
