About the Job
- The Salesforce Technical Lead will develop and manage the execution of comprehensive project work plans that control resources, schedules, costs, risk, quality, scope, and changes
- Responsible for collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to define deliverables and communicate project status in the design, development, testing, and deploying of solutions including dashboards, interfaces, and integrations
- Drive the delivery of quality software, effectively balancing between speed-to-market pressure and the need to build for the future scale
- Ensure that operational expectations are clearly defined and communicated to staff to enable quick responses to incidents
- The Salesforce Technical Lead will provide support and guidance to employees in conducting thorough root cause analyses within established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Responsible for prioritizing engineering backlog items to maintain a healthy and stable technology stack
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer or Salesforce Architect certification
- 5 years of experience in all phases of technical CRM development, implementation, testing, and integration processes
- 3 years of managerial experience, managing development and project teams
- Experience with Agile development framework
- Skilled in resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
- Skilled with SFDC toolkit, VisualForce, Apex, and Lighting Web Components
- Familiarity with utilizing SQL, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Python, DHTML, HTML, JSON, XML, AJAX, jQuery
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
