Salesforce Technical Architect
Duration – 6 months
Location – San Diego, CA
USC,GC,TN & GC-EAD ONLY
The Salesforce architect would need to have the following experience:
According to the client the following areas are important:
- CTI integration/Omni channel
- Knowledge full customization using the knowledge API
- Service cloud console setup of the functionality
- Community setup and customizations
- Social integration
- Work in close relation with business and the solution architect
- Schedule the developer work and report to solution architect and project committee.
- Lead the SFDC development team in the project by doing daily stand-ups
- Guard the project delivery timeframe by pro-actively matching the progress vs deliverables and time ahead (burn-down chart)
- Enable all developers to make correct progress on their tasks. Prototype ahead if required
- Review build from each developer and make sure this is up to best practice (code review)
- Review unit testing from each developer and make sure this is up to best practice
- Plan and execute deployments through the system landscape
- Responsible for project process delivery with Solution Architect. Focus on scalable and correct technical implementation.
