- 5+ Years of system analyst / business analyst Experience.
- Broad SDLC experience
- Experience with agile/ scrum software methodologies.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills.
- Salesforce experience (implementation experience most important).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce service module.
