Job Description:

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team and play a crucial role in designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions. In this position, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, developers, and external teams, to craft scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that align with both technical requirements and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration capabilities, and best practices, with a focus on public sector applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions for Public Sector (Salesforce PSS), ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
• Architect and design seamless integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems such as ERP, marketing tools, and other third-party applications.
• Ensure that all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices in terms of data management, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, ensuring that these are accurately translated into both functional and technical specifications.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce features, capabilities, and implementation of best practices, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and confident in the direction of the project.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, ensuring that the solution is developed in alignment with the design specifications and meets the highest quality standards.
• Oversee code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide the quality assurance processes to ensure that the solution maintains integrity and optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a strong focus on Public Sector (Salesforce PSS) solutions.
• Expertise in designing and architecting scalable Salesforce solutions, including integrations with various enterprise systems (ERP, marketing tools, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong understanding of best practices related to data management, security, and performance in Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and guide both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver complex solutions on time and within scope.
• Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or related certifications is strongly preferred.
• Experience working within the public sector or government projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is preferred.
