Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Salesforce/ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. This is hybrid role, splitting time working remote and on client site.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Build a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for user stories
+ Translate business requirements to technical and functional teams for
+ ServiceNow implementations
+ Working closely with Business Analyst and Product Owners to refine user stories
+ and categorize the user-centric requirements
+ Demonstrating an understanding of the customers team’s capability visions by researching, wireframing, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences
+ Translating concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user
+ experiences
+ Identifying design problems, developing elegant solutions, and justifying design
+ decisions eloquently
+ Communicating design ideas and prototypes supported by objective analyses to
+ facilitate decision-making
+ Developing presentations and reports conveying complex information
+ Perform subjective and objective research both qualitatively and quantitatively, to
+ gather deep end-user understanding
+ Participating on an agile team and use expand your knowledge of agile
+ methodologies and tools (e.g., SAFe, JIRA, Confluence)
+ Orchestrates coordination between stakeholders, end users, and technical
+ teams
+ Performs planning and facilitation of stakeholder meetings
+ Selects appropriate analysis methodologies and documentation standards
+ Anticipates requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, conducting cost-
+ benefit analyses, and designing appropriate solutions
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, Math, or related field OR10 years of comparable work experience.
+ The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel
+ occasionally as needed
+ 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role working
+ with ServiceNow or Salesforce Applications
+ Experience leading and delivering Agile Development projects
+ Experience leading client briefings and review sessions; demonstrated ability to
+ present a polished and professional image to clients
+ Ability to thrive in an ever changing, technology-based consulting environment
+ Willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems, which often extend
+ beyond initial scope of responsibility
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Security Clearance Requirements:
+ US citizenship, requiring a background check.
+ Ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance
