Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator- Cloud/Revenue to manage and optimize our Salesforce CPQ & Billing processes. This role will play a key part in streamlining quote-to-cash operations, ensuring accurate pricing, subscriptions, invoicing, and revenue recognition. The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing to support business needs.
- Manage pricing rules, product configurations, quote approvals, and invoicing workflows.
- Support subscription and contract lifecycle management within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and IT teams to optimize the quote-to-cash process.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and revenue recognition best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues related to quoting, billing, and payment processing.
- Develop reports and dashboards for billing, revenue forecasting, and sales analytics.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash (QTC) processes, subscription models, and revenue operations.
- Salesforce Administrator or CPQ Specialist certification (preferred).
- Experience with contract amendments, renewals, and financial integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
