Salesforce Administrator- Cloud/Revenue - Veritas Search Group

This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and C2C arrangements are not accepted. This role is onsite as well.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator- Cloud/Revenue to manage and optimize our Salesforce CPQ & Billing processes. This role will play a key part in streamlining quote-to-cash operations, ensuring accurate pricing, subscriptions, invoicing, and revenue recognition. The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing to support business needs.
• Manage pricing rules, product configurations, quote approvals, and invoicing workflows.
• Support subscription and contract lifecycle management within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and IT teams to optimize the quote-to-cash process.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and revenue recognition best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues related to quoting, billing, and payment processing.
• Develop reports and dashboards for billing, revenue forecasting, and sales analytics.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash (QTC) processes, subscription models, and revenue operations.
• Salesforce Administrator or CPQ Specialist certification (preferred).
• Experience with contract amendments, renewals, and financial integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
