Role:
Experienced Technical Project Lead with strong expertise in integration middleware like Java Microservices, Python, SQL using ETL tool. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the ongoing deliverables for the development projects. As a Technical Project Lead need to oversee the project development and support team, manage service-level agreements (SLAs), and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Planning and Execution:
Lead the planning and execution of annual maintenance activities Java Microservices, Python, SQL Collaborate with clients to define maintenance requirements and service deliverables.
Technical Leadership:
Expertise in Python programming and advanced SQL to create, maintain, and enhance data workflows, ensuring high performance and data integrity across systems. Utilize your technical expertise in Java Microservices, Python, SQL to provide guidance to the team.
Work closely with developers, system administrators, and technical experts to address issues and optimize the applications.
Proficiency in Python with experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or SQLAlchemy
Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, complex joins, window functions, and stored procedures.
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure would be a plus
Client Communication:
Maintain effective and transparent communication with clients regarding maintenance status, issue resolution, and service improvements.
Conduct regular service review meetings with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Resource Allocation:
Allocate resources, including support personnel and tools, to meet maintenance requirements.
Monitor workload and performance of the support team, making adjustments as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of maintenance procedures.
Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance the quality of support services.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, incident reports, and problem resolutions.
Prepare and update maintenance documentation for reference.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager for integration middleware like Java Microservices, Python, PL/SQL .
ITIL certification is a plus.
PMP or other project management certifications are a plus. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage maintenance activities with a focus on SLAs and client satisfaction.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Experience with incident and problem management processes.
Familiarity with Azure support services and tools.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
