Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Oversee and manage Salesforce projects across multiple Clouds, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines, managing resources to meet priorities.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-ones to provide feedback and drive team growth.
Change Management
- Use Copado and other change management tools for release management, ensuring efficient development, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee change request processes, tracking tickets, managing escalations, and driving timely completion of tasks.
Agile Project Management
- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to prioritize tasks, manage sprints, and track progress.
- Use Jira and similar tools for project tracking and stakeholder communication.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, creating contingency plans to maintain project timelines and quality.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure Salesforce solutions meet quality and compliance standards, with rigorous testing and quality control throughout the development lifecycle.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and deliver project status updates, dashboards, and milestone reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation, project plans, and roadmaps for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Skills
- Project Management Expertise: Strong experience managing Salesforce projects across multiple Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud).
- Change Management Tools: Expertise with Copado for release management and Jira for Agile tracking.
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, driving performance in a collaborative culture.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to quickly address challenges and optimize project outcomes.
Experience
- Salesforce Project Management: 5+ years managing large-scale Salesforce projects.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing Salesforce teams with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Agile Project Management: Hands-on experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies, managing sprints and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or higher (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant).
- Remote Management Skills: Ability to effectively lead projects and teams remotely using tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $69 - $79/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
