This position will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of the organization. This role will be the Salesforce Admin and more importantly it will be the primary liaison between stakeholders, including end-users, the technical team, and Leadership, ensuring that the Salesforce platform is effectively utilized to enhance business processes and for strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate into technical specifications
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, working with implementation partners and the IT department
- Provide regular reporting and executive leadership updates including product scope, schedule, and planning
- Develop and automate business processes, sales reporting and dashboards, sales analytics and utilization metrics
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, compliance, accuracy, and optimal performance
- Provide expert consulting services to optimize business processes and drive efficiency
- Manage 3rd party training plan and coordinate with internal training department for ongoing support
- Identify and execute strategies to drive user engagement with the Salesforce platform
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, providing business support and guidance to leadership
- Remain current with Salesforce best practices and trends and proactively propose platform modifications and recommend improvements to drive organizational efficiency and growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management Systems, Computer Science or related fields
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role
- 3-5 years’ experience in the CPG or Manufacturing industries
- 2+ years’ experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 20% - 30% during the implementation phase; once Salesforce is implemented, travel will be 10%
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role
- 5+ years’ experience in the CPG or Manufacturing industries
- 2+ years’ experience in Salesforce consulting
- Salesforce Certifications
