Position Overview
Join our team as a key player responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of innovative Salesforce solutions. This role demands a profound understanding of Salesforce architecture and the capability to lead technical projects from inception to completion. You will ensure the reliable, efficient, and secure operation of Salesforce instances to meet critical business needs. As a leader, you will manage complex projects, providing technical leadership and guidance across all Salesforce-related matters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the entire lifecycle of Salesforce environments that support vital business requirements. This includes design, development, implementation, operation, and continuous support. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and collaborate with peer teams to establish strategic roadmaps and priorities. As a Subject Matter Expert, you'll play a crucial role in supporting and implementing Salesforce projects while engaging effectively with users and IT staff.

Norwalk, CT or Itasca, IL (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Compensation
$154,000.00 to $192,500.00 annually with a 10% bonus
Must Haves
- 10 years of experience with Salesforce design and development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- 5 years of Salesforce implementation and/or integration experience with API technologies (SOAP, REST) and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica)
- 2-3 years in a Lead Salesforce development or engineering role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security
- 4 years of experience with agile methodologies
- Experience addressing technical debt
- Bachelor's Degree
- Expert end-to-end application lifecycle implementation experience using Salesforce
- Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to stakeholders
- Experience integrating Salesforce systems with Single Sign-on Identity Management platforms
- Proficiency in system configuration using workflows, approval processes, custom objects, validation rules, formulas, process builder, flows, and Data Loader
Plusses
- Experience in commercial leasing or other financial application systems
- Equipment Finance knowledge
- Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as Gearset, SFDC Metadata API, GitHub
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II)
- Knowledge of integration architecture, third-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce.com
- Hands-on experience with migration to Salesforce from other CRM applications
- Expertise with Marketing automation tools, Conga, DocuSign, and AppExchange Products
- Expert understanding of the out-of-box Salesforce product suite, including Service, Community Cloud (Experience Cloud), App Cloud, and Einstein solutions
- Experience with meta-data migration between Salesforce sandboxes and Production Orgs
