Job Details:
Salesforce Developer specializing in Service Cloud (and Auto Cloud) - will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Service Cloud (and Auto Cloud).
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and process automation.
- Implement and manage Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and external systems.
- Customize and configure Service Cloud (and Auto Cloud) to align with business processes and requirements.
- Develop and maintain Lightning components and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user interfaces and experiences.
- Own the technical aspects of product features, driving them through all cycles of the SDLC.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system requirements specifications (SRS), technical design specifications, architecture documents, flowcharts, and deployment plans.
- Ensure that different systems and applications integrate seamlessly by working closely with vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement security measures to protect customer data in alignment with data governance policies.
