You know how to use Salesforce to creatively design, prototype, and implement solutions for your client's unique challenges. And have proven experience with Visualforce, APEX programming, and Force.com APIs. You know that collaboration is key, so you look for ways to share and source best practices. If there's a new way to do something that improves outcomes for clients, you'll find it.
The work:
- Contribute new products, workflows, and ideas to influence the SDLC platform
- Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds
- Ensure Salesforce runs smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, then documenting fixes
- Begin to mentor colleagues and take on more responsibility
Here's what you need:
- Development experience with one or more of the following languages:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Lightning Components (Aura)
- JavaScript
- Development experience with one or more of the following languages
- Apex Triggers & Class development
- Apex / Flow / Transaction Debug
- Synchronous & Asynchronous processing (Batch, Future, Queuables, Events, etc.)
- Apex Testing Best Practices & Salesforce Limits
- OOP design principles
- Integration/Deployment experience with one or more of the following:
- Connected Apps
- REST / SOAP / BULK APIs
- Configuration experience with one or more of the following:
- Configuration (Objects, Fields, Flows, Validation Rules, Actions, etc.)
Bonus Points if:
- Technical Salesforce.com Certifications
- Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs
- Experience in Agile delivery, Scrum and/or Kanban
- Used Source Code or Deployment/Migration tools
- Defined and promoted development standards and practices (e.g. code reviews, pair programming, clean code)
- Experience with architecture OR design activities, Data Migration, or using Communities

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
