Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Application Development (Overall 5+ IT experience).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in complex LWC implementation.
- Ability to understand business requirements, design and develop solutions within the agreed timeline.
- Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
- Develop Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions with VisualForce, and Apex coding language.
- Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies, technical standards, specifications, and policies that are supported within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization.
- Must have experience in creating Workflow rules, Process builder processes, and visual cloud flows in Salesforce.
- Must have Integration (at least in REST API) experience in Projects, experience in developing custom APIs, working with standard API, and in creating web services.
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience is a must Lightning (AURA/LWC Project experience).
- Experience with the complete SDLC of a Salesforce.com implementation including solution definition, estimating, and project planning.
- Experience in deployment through change set, Metadata, ANT-based tools, experience in using git, and VS Code for code management.
- Performs regular reviews on implementation done by junior developers and offers feedback and suggestions for those codes.
- Mentors the junior and mid-level developers of the team and can designate tasks to team members in a balanced and effective manner.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Application Builder/Admin certification is must have.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
