We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Capado Release Manager to lead and oversee deployment processes, version control, and release management within a dynamic Salesforce environment for our client. This role focuses on ensuring smooth, efficient, and error-free Salesforce releases using Capado, while collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Release Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate Salesforce releases, ensuring seamless deployment processes.
Capado Expertise: Manage and configure Capado release pipelines, automating deployments and optimizing workflows.
Version Control: Oversee the use of Git and other version control tools within Capado for Salesforce applications.
Environment Management: Maintain multiple Salesforce environments (Dev, QA, UAT, and Production), ensuring readiness for releases.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA testers, business analysts, and admins to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate release risks, troubleshooting deployment issues swiftly.
Documentation: Create and maintain release notes, deployment plans, and technical documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the release process, including automation and best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Salesforce release management.
Hands-on experience with Capado for managing CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Certifications
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required).
Capado Certification (Highly Preferred).
Salesforce Platform App Builder or Developer I (Nice to Have).
Skills
Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata and deployment tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with other DevOps tools (Gearset, Jenkins, etc.).
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $69 - $79/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
