About the Job
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our SaaS applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
- Escalation contact for the IT Service Desk for SaaS solutions with responsibilities to troubleshoot and resolve user issues
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Oversee integrations between various SaaS platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
- Provide timely updates and status reports on the health of our SaaS based solutions and the teams supporting the business operations
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices for SaaS operations, security, and compliance
- Participate in on-call production support as an incident manager responsible for companywide communication and facilitating resolution of outages
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with SaaS vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company
- Manage vendor relationships and act as the primary point of contact for contract discussions and renewals
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain a repository of all contracts and related documentation for easy reference and audit purposes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing SaaS applications, with specific expertise in NetSuite, HubSpot, Monday.com, Salesforce, and other cloud-based solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
