We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Salesforce Business Analyst to work on Remote basis.

Pay Rate : $40 -$45/hr. W2

MUST HAVES (TOP 3):

• Lighting based SF
• Salesforce background troubleshooting and building reports
• Write User Stories for long term resolution

NICE TO HAVES (OR WHAT GETS THE WIN):

• Bilingual in Portuguese they have global process leads, but it would be nice.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Salesforce B2B Cloud
• Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Transactional data is in SAP. Manufacturing, Supply Chain background.

PROJECT DETAILS (Size, Scale, Scope):

• • Day to day responsibilities:
    • Business Analyst- backfill for current BA, she requires a lot of hand holding.
    • Gaps in capabilities for the current BA: They are stretched thin because current BA is requiring a lot of hand holding. They need a BA who doesn't need guidance on what to do day to day.
    • Salesforce BA- 1312530 (old req)

CLIENT JOB DESCRIPTION (Insert Here):

Looking at the existing backlog, tickets that weren't completed. Leveraging the knowledge base and run book created by Deloitte. Troubleshoot prior to resolution, assign user story through JIRA, track the User Story. 45-60 days is when they'll be diving a little bit deeper into the backlog left by Deloitte

User comes to them and says this flow is hindering user experience, they will have to create a new process flow to help with that. Transactional data is in SAP. Manufacturing, Supply Chain background
