100% REMOTE

•            The Salesforce BSA's will be responsible for requirements management, customer management, and acceptance criteria definitions. We are looking for Sales/Service Cloud experience that can do integrations but not necessarily an architect. There will be high priority on user story creation experience.
•            Nice to have:
•            Administrator (ADM 201)
•            Salesforce.com Service Cloud and Sales Cloud experience
•            Day to Day: Help guide businesses to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. They will elicit, document, and analyze around
              business challenges, and then produce data driven solutions.
