Job Title: Salesforce Architect
Location: Philadelphia, PA (On-Site)
Contract: (6-12 Months)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong data expertise to join our dynamic team. This role will involve architecting and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on data modeling, data integration, and custom development within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and deploying Salesforce solutions, specifically with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce integrations. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale Salesforce implementations while leveraging strong knowledge of data management, SQL, and data warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Architect complex Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and relevant tools.
• Design and implement Salesforce data models, workflows, and business logic.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure solution alignment with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other Salesforce developers and engineers.
• Ensure data integrity and security across systems and integrations.
• Participate in Salesforce integration efforts (SOAP/REST services, Force.com Web Services, Bulk API, Metadata API).
• Perform gap analysis, source-to-target mapping, and data profiling for data warehouse projects.
• Conduct reviews and provide guidance on technical design, development, and deployment best practices.
• Lead unit testing, including coding for positive/negative scenarios, and provide support during production deployments.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and administration.
• Strong experience in Salesforce platform including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrating with external systems (SOAP/REST).
• Expertise in Salesforce Data Modeling and ability to engage with enterprise architecture teams on best practices.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL, database schemas, and SQL/PL-SQL programming.
• Strong experience with integration tools such as Informatica, Mulesoft, or Boomi.
• Experience with Data Warehouse concepts, including source-to-target mapping, gap analysis, and data profiling.
• Demonstrated experience with data extraction and outbound extracts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Proven experience with deployment processes using change sets, ANT migration tool, and other Salesforce deployment tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Dev 2, Advanced Admin, or Consultant).
• Experience with Data Warehouse sourcing or outbound extracts projects.
• Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (AJAX, JQuery), and RDBMS concepts.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
