We are hiring for a Salesforce Architect will serve as the technical expert in Salesforce, leading the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Ergon. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities, a strong technical background, and the ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, developers, and external partners to drive successful projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Salesforce, with a focus on architecture and solution design; strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is preferred.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, REST/SOAP APIs, and data modeling. Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
