OBJECTIVES:
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the overall development, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform for the entire firm. The scope of projects will include data migrations (resulting from acquiring outside firms), new builds (converting old processes to Salesforce), and process optimization (improving existing objects, relationships, and workflows). The Salesforce Administrator will independently work to define requirements and build, test, implement, and document solutions. The Salesforce Administrator will leverage their knowledge and best practices to deliver creative solutions that align with the corporate strategy. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide ongoing end-user support (access requests, reports, questions, issue resolution and more)
- Assist in capturing and translating business requirements to Salesforce best practices and solutions
- Understand a variety of business needs, processes, and technologies used by Prime Capital and recommend and execute automation of business processes through collaboration and consultations with business partners
- Maintain/Improve existing user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes
- Design, build, test, document, and deploy enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports, and dashboards
- Monitor Salesforce’s roadmap, release notes, and community to identify features or functions that could benefit the firm.
- Maintain all environments (sandbox(es), production, etc.), including documentation, configurations, and customizations
- Partner with XLR8 (Salesforce overlay partner) and other stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and ensure optimal user efficiency of Salesforce
- Drive user adoption and ensure user satisfaction, including developing, documenting, and delivering training
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop executive and operational dashboards.
- Maintain a holistic view of the platform and understand cross-functional dependencies across all solutions (apps, objects, etc.)
- Implement a change management process to ensure proper governance over releases
- Prepare and present clear business and technical analysis
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or an analytical field, equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience
- Proficient with Excel (charts, functions, tables, pivot tables, and pivot charts) and experience with statistical analysis and reporting tools preferred
- Experience as a business analyst or project manager is preferred
- Experience with HubSpot and integrating AppExchange packages preferred
