Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Salesforce to align with business requirements.
- Create and manage users, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Design and implement custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder flows, and other Salesforce customizations.
- Maintain data quality through data governance, data cleaning, and ongoing data maintenance tasks.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Train users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, permissions, and security settings.
- Support integrations with other business systems and third-party applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder a plus.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and functionality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical users.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL a plus.
