Opportunity for a Business Analyst interested in being part of building an exciting new product on the Salesforce.com platform.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of the Salesforce development platform.
The primary responsibility is to affect, specify and verify needs of the project stakeholders and end users, and to design, manage, and execute the requirements on the Salesforce Platform.
We are targeting qualified candidates in Minneapolis though will consider telecommuters

Responsibilities:
- Work with an agile Discovery scrum team which may consist of a product manager, UX designer, technical lead, and subject matter expert to participate in discovery and requirements validation meetings as the Requirements Owner.
- Research and identify possible solutions for a given challenge. Resolve challenges and make tradeoffs when necessary.
- Ensure that business needs are correctly translated into functional / development requirements.
- Employ modern business analysis tools and processes to document workflows, wireframes and usability prototypes.
- Work with Developers and QA team to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented as specified and that test cases will provide complete coverage.
- Ensure that requirements are delivered in timely stages; allowing the design and development to make the necessary progress.
- Configure platform to meet requirements including installation and configuration of a Salesforce AppExchange application.
- Design, manage, and execute on Salesforce configuration assignments.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and workflows.
- Communicate/Collaborate with developer on implementing solutions that require Apex Language, Classes, Triggers/Controllers or Visual Force Pages.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in existing systems and Salesforce.com setup.
- Create Documentation for Help Files and End User Support.
- Support the design, implementation, and rollout of Salesforce Application.
Qualifications: - Must be SalesForce 201 certified.
- Analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, disseminate high-level concepts into details, distinguish true needs from amongst the collection of requirements, and create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Interpersonal skills to liaison extensively with customers and internal stakeholders to negotiate requirements.
- Organizational skills to regulate the vast influx of information and to ensure the project stay within timelines.
- 3+ years business and/or system analysis experience.
- 2+ years of Salesforce Development/Administration experience or similar experience with another CRM platform
- Reports and WorkFlows Design and creation.
- Working knowledge of Agile project management and Scrum process.
- Ability to lead requirements gathering / business needs identification meetings in order to elicit requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional / development requirements.
- Ability to organize and simplify requirements.
- Ability to perform requirements analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis.
- Working knowledge and/or experience with modeling and wire-framing tools and methods.
- Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-off (sprint planning).
- Manage the backlog and ensure proper grooming is maintained.
- Write all supporting project documentation.
Desired Skills and Experience - Business Analysis training and/or Certification.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working with geographic, remote and diverse teams.
- Encourages and promotes a high-degree of collaboration.
- Major Plus: Admin Certification; Developer Certification.
- Major Plus: Health Industry Experience.
- Major Plus: Building a Product, Agile Development Methodology.
- Major Plus: Modeling skills to represent requirements in a graphical manner by converting technical matter to a natural language, including using modeling languages already in practice within the organization.
