Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Customize Salesforce components to meet business requirements, including fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain validation rules, custom workflows, and approval processes.
- Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to test and implement new Salesforce solutions and updates.
- Provide user support, training, and maintain documentation.
- Monitor system usage and perform routine health checks and audits.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and sales to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
- Requirements: ADM-201; Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder.
- Integrations projects experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Strong data management abilities.
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proactive, diligent, and strong team player.
