Part of the Sales team, you are the driving force in bringing our products directly to customers. By interacting with trade, commercial and wholesale customers, you will engage with external partners and establish brand loyalty through a diverse product portfolio.. You must possess excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a results-oriented mindset. You must also be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Responsibilities:The Leader, Wholesale Plumber Partnerships will drive sales and strategy for wholesale and plumbing partners in the Los Angeles Metro region. Reporting to the Senior Market Leader, this role will collaborate with internal teams to enhance product awareness, service, job specifications, inventory, and implement growth-focused sales strategies across all LIXIL product categories and brands.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue sales opportunities with wholesale and plumbing partners, increasing brand loyalty and market share.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing customers and develop new business through joint business plans to drive profitability and displace competitors.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business plans, including sales forecasts, product identification, and competitive displacement, to meet financial targets and support sustainable growth.
- Sales Support: Remove sales obstacles, build processes/tools, and manage daily sales activities with wholesale partners.
- Project Coordination: Manage product specifications, negotiate purchase agreements, and assist with trade shows, distribution, and engineering leads.
- Budget Management: Maintain a disciplined approach to sales and expense budgets, ensuring alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and product teams to execute programs and communicate updates.
- Community Engagement: Represent LIXIL Brands at local events to promote products and expand the brand’s presence.
- CRM Management: Keep Salesforce CRM up to date with relationship, product, and project details.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in building materials, construction, or commercial project sales; plumbing experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to interact with all levels of commercial industry projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present formally.
- Knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a team-oriented, matrix environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, including Salesforce.
Hiring Range:
The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $64,000.00-$101,000.00 in an annual salary.
(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
Other Compensation: This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Sales Incentive Plan of 24%.
