Primary Responsibilities:
Drive sales by visiting businesses within the assigned territory
Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations of our products
Attend industry trade shows to network and generate leads
Utilize sales collateral to convert prospects into customers
Collaborate with management to enhance marketing strategies
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
Stay updated on industry trends and identify sales opportunities
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
Represent the company ethically and professionally at all times
Requirements:
Residence in or near the designated territory
5+ years of experience, preferably in flooring or multi-family sales
Willingness to travel locally up to 80% of the time
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive for success
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and weather conditions
Reliable transportation and strong computer skills
Physical ability to occasionally lift items up to 50 lbs
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $90,000 - $125,000 + quarterly bonus
