We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Territory Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth in the Great Lakes Region, including MI, IL, OH, IN, and WI, with a preference for candidates located in the Greater Detroit or Chicagoland areas. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment and grow their career.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement (90% Inside, 10% Outside):
- Use Power CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule client appointments, leveraging Power CRM for efficiency.
- Respond to marketing-generated leads, website inquiries, and referrals, building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to prospective clients, effectively addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to utilize sales collateral, presentations, and materials that support sales efforts.
- Engage with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities such as clinics, hospitals, and provider offices, both virtually and through occasional in-person visits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities to expand market presence.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering personalized service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, providing effective resolutions to enhance client experience.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, interactions, and performance metrics using Power CRM.
- Leverage PowerBI to analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and provide regular performance and market insight reports to management.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven inside sales experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency with Power CRM and familiarity with PowerBI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive approach to client engagement.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with a successful track record in lead follow-up and sales development.
